PAYMENT & SHIPPING
At Plancker we like to work with wood-loving Netherlands. These include contractors, architects and interior designers, all hard at work on behalf of the end user. You, and/or your customer, are of course very welcome in our webshop or in our showroom at 43 Avelingen-West in Gorinchem.
Working with wood
Plancker specializes in historic wood. Stories from all over the world are placed in Dutch hands. We think wood is beautiful from a circular vision, but we also love the characteristic look of this old wood.

We like to keep in mind that this natural product can also have limitations in addition to its charm. Wood lives. Works. Sometimes splits appear or it warps a bit. When these processes and variations are insurmountable in a project, we recommend that you use a different material. We cannot accept complaints for these kinds of natural processes. However, we can of course inform you as well as possible in which way wood can be processed to reduce the chance of functioning.

Payment
Found the right wood? After you have placed your order on Plancker.nl, it is possible to choose one of the payment methods below to make the payment. When the payment procedure has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.
In the webshop we work with various payment options. For example, you can easily pay by iDeal or with your credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and more).
To pay the bill
If you prefer to order more often for business purposes, it is also possible to pay on account in due course. Please contact us personally for this. We are happy to inform you about the possibilities for long-term business relationships.
Deliver
As soon as you fulfill your webshop order, it arrives in our warehouse for collection. Robert, Johan and Jaap ensure that the best wood is collected in the right amount and safely prepared for transport. Because we like to keep our footprint as small as possible, we plan our transport routes as efficiently as possible every week. This means that we serve the whole of the Netherlands on a weekly basis and our delivery time is a maximum of 5-7 working days.
To take off
You are welcome to pick up your order in Gorinchem. Please select this option with your order. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a message from us, so that you can pick it up as soon as possible. This is usually possible within 1-2 working days. Is your order urgent? Do not hesitate to contact us so that we can help you quickly.

Showroom visit
Do you want to choose the wood yourself? Which can. Then we ask you for a​​ to make an appointment to visit the showroom. This way we take into account the applicable guidelines and we have enough time to inform you (without obligation).
What happens if my order is damaged or incomplete?
Although we do our best to deliver this special wood to you in good condition, sometimes things go wrong. We are happy to solve that. Report damage or missing items within 3 days to info@plancker.nl and we will contact you as soon as possible.
