Telavi Barnwood 20mm

We source old wood from Georgia, originating from barns and traditional homes. Unlike what is often softwood or oak in our region, this is not made from old chestnut wood. With this type of wood, the early springwood wears away during the aging process, giving it a deeply brushed character. This old chestnut is sawn to thickness and planed on three sides, maintaining an original appearance. It is dried to 12% for indoor applications and is used for furniture and wall finishes, among other things.
