Wood with a story

In our Barnwood Plank Collection, the full power of historic wood comes together. These are the original, authentic planks that we collect worldwide from old farmhouses, mountain barns, and other traditional buildings. Every plank bears the marks of weather, wind, and time. A pure, weathered character that cannot be replicated. This makes this collection beloved by interior builders, designers, and construction professionals looking for wood with soul.

Every plank is unique

The special thing about Barnwood planks is their natural variation: no two planks are the same. Through decades of weathering, sunlight, and use, colors emerge that vary from silver-gray to warm brown. Our range includes various selections such as Genève Grey, Toronto Brown, Klagenfurt, Pennsylvania, Innsbruck, and Carinthia, each with its own look and texture.

In collaboration with the local community

We carefully select the planks and ensure they are technically suitable for modern applications. The wood is kiln-dried to minimize warping and make it immediately suitable for interior use. Additionally, we remove any old nails or dirt without losing its character. What remains is pure, authentic wood that can be used safely, stably, and reliably.

Character in home and garden

Barnwood planks are ideally suited for wall and ceiling cladding, but are also widely used for custom furniture, bar fronts, shop interiors, and decorative elements. The planks create a warm, natural atmosphere and immediately add depth to any design. In light interiors, they form a soothing contrast; in robust projects, they enhance the rugged, industrial look.

You feel that it is right.

Working with barnwood is all about the experience. The planks tell stories that cannot be replicated with new wood. The texture feels warm, lively, and recognizable. This is often the reason why architects and designers are increasingly opting for genuine aging rather than imitation products.
